Sing it in the tune of Baby Got Back!
I like milk breasts and I cannot lie
you other babies can't deny
that when a mom walks in with an itty bitty waist and
two round things in your face
you get THURSSSSSS-TEE
cuz you notice her bra is stuffed
she's deep in double d's she wearing
im hooked and i can't stop staring
OH MOMMA i wanna get witcha
and drink your juicy pitchers
Enfamil tried to lure me
but only momma's milk makes me WAY healthy!
Ooo boobie's smooth skin
it always makes me grin,
so feed me, feed me,
cause you know it makes me happy
I see 'em bouncin'
With at least six ounces
It's sweet.
This treat!
Sit down mom, pull up a seat!
I'm tired of magazines,
sayin' formula is the thing
Ask the average baby and they'll say, "Snap!
Give it to me straight from the tap!"
So, Mommas (yeah!)
Mommas (yeah!)
can you NIP without any drama?
(HELL YEAH!)
Then nurse 'em, nurse 'em, nurse 'em, nurse 'em,
nurse your precious babes
Momma's got milk!
(Mom's sweet face over big full boobies)
Momma's got milk!
(Mom's sweet face over big full boobies)
I like 'em round and big
I'm like a little baby pig
I just can't help my self,
I'm eatin' like an animal
Bottles can't hold a candle
I wanna get that booju and slurp,
slurp it up slurp slurp
I ain't talking 'bout Playtex
Cause silicone nips are made for chumps
I like 'em real big and juicy
so give me your big bubbles
boobies don't give me trouble
rarely do I get a gas bubble
I'm lookin' at TLC's baby shows
Oh would you look at that...Oh, NO!
You can keep that mooju.
I'll keep on stickin' with booju.
A word to all you new mommas.
It's no trauma
It's not a big drama
I gotta be straight,
your baby can nurse
til the break of dawn
Now you've got it goin' on
Similac won't like this song
Cause they count on you to try it and quit it,
but you know those breasts make milk
It's not wrong. You're strong
Let's get that lactating on
So babies (squee!)
babies (squee!)
Do you wanna have your thirst sated?
Momma undo your bra, whip it out,
you make this baby shout
Momma's got milk!
(Mom's sweet face over big full boobies)
Momma's got milk!
(Mom's sweet face over big full boobies)
Yeah mommas.
When it comes to breastfeeding?
Size ain't got nothin' to do with your ability.
Bs? Cs? Double Ds?
You've got all your baby needs.
So they gave you a "success bag"
complete with a Nestle tag
But don't think that you always need
to get some free swag
Leave that sample up on the shelf
you can make it yourself
You can have some wine and sushi,
Your babe can have your milk!
Some docs wanna play that hard role
and tell you to supplement.
Momma toss it! Leave it!
The trashman can retrieve it!
So the security guard says, "Stop that!"
Well, I ain't down with that.
Cause my boobs are full
and this baby needs feeding,
It's his needs that I'll be meetin'
Some knuckleheads tried to be snide,
but the law is on my side.
I'm not feeding her in the restroom.
So stop with your doom and gloom.
So momma if your babe needs food
Go ahead and do what's good.
Sit down and feed that baby there
and let your milkies flow
Momma's got milk!

Life's Getting Better
Great news!
Jeremy got a raise! woohoo! Yep! We're so happy! A $5/hr more raise!!! Maybe we can finally get a dental plan! lol AND start saving up! Saving for a rainy day, for our own place, etc... Gosh, we're come a long way! Guess you have to go through crap to really appreciate the good stuff (yes, I'm being vague; its intentional).
Jeremy bought me some jewelry too! I'll have to take a picture of them and post them later; I don't feel like doing it right now; both of my youngest are sleeping and I think I should probably take advantage of this time and rest myself!
And YES, I LOVE the jewelry he bought me! I won't even describe them yet :D
You'll have to wait to see pictures :) heh heh heh
Oh yeah, I've been doing some much needed stomach exercises this week; I just need to keep doing them...

Update on My Life
Alrighty, as far as American Idol is concerned, I got 3 out of the final 4 right :D woohoo! Go me! hehe
Right now, I think that Katharine and Taylor are the finalists. I'm still rooting and voting for Taylor. I do like Kat, I do... but, there's just something I really, really, really like about Taylor! He did so awesomely tonight too! I really enjoyed tonight's singing :D And Simon (whom I usually agree with and like) was also very positive.
Know what really sucks? The 3 mth pics I brought Wyatt (and had pics of the girls as well done) at Wal-Mart ended up being on bad film! Yeah, great. So, no pics... no digital ones either since I didn't do my usual thing and buy the disc... sucks for me. They owe me a sitting of course; just to figure out when to go. I mean, everyone's bdays are way past. At least I have this nice-ass camera though! :D woohoo!
Calista's last day of school is the 24th. Her cousins (my nieces) have their dance revue on the 28th, so, we'll be going down there to visit and see them perform. It'll be so cute! I'm going to have to remember to bring my video camera as well!
Then, when we come back, we're going to make plans with Jeremy's sister, Tasha, to go to the Lafayette Zoo. I know the kids will love that; plus, I get to debut my tandem stroller :D hehe
Speaking of my nice stroller, I took the kids walking down the road today; it was just such a pretty day. Calista rode her bike. I think it looks like she can go without the training wheels. I asked her if she wanted to try to ride without them and she said yes! But, I couldn't find Jeremy's tools... he finally picked them up (in his trunk). Go figure! lol And he still isn't home. He had to do his deposition (from his car wreck that happened in March 2005) and then stopped at his place of work... now he's out drinking with his foreman or something like that.
Anyways, I really need to get walking more often... like daily. I still need to lose 10lbs to get to pre-pregnancy but 35 to 40 lbs to get to where I want to be. I started doing push-ups and crunches whenever I think about it... I figure that's better than nothing.
And this house... I just want to do a clean sweep. I need someone to help me just clean it out. Jeremy might help... but, he'd want to throw everything away... there are a few things that I'm not ready or about to part with. I need to minimalize; for my own sanity. We have been living in this house for 5 yrs and accumulating stuff. What would be nice would be if Jeremy would build us a storage building; that would help immensely... but, I would allow it to enable me/us in accumulating/hoarding $hit. I'd only put things like outside toys/tools/chemicals/etc and some clothes and toys.
Wyatt cut his first tooth last Wednesday! But, poor baby, he's wanting to chew on everything! I told Jeremy its a good thing he has such a pleasant personality or it would be hell for us (and him)! Ursula still smothers (almost literally) him with kisses and hugs. She wants to be as close to him as possible; all the time.
It really warms my heart to see Ursula and Calista playing together... but, gosh, when they are at odds... it drives me crazy! I'm guessing it doesn't get any better until they are adults.

This and That
Well, after witnessing Momma Cat give birth... I'm very much dismayed to say that she apparently lost her babies :( While me and the kids went visit during Easter holidays, she moved them. And I am guessing that something got them; like an opossum or snake, or something like that. They're gone :(( If I had only been here, I might have been able to prevent their dimise!
Okay, yes, I'm still into American Idol :D I'm still voting for Taylor Hicks and Chris Daughtry. I think that either Paris or Katharine will be gone tonight.
You know what I hate? I hate being behind on bills. And Jeremy doesn't care about paying them on time. I just don't get it. Why not pay when you have the money? They aren't going to go away or diminish over time; just the contrary. I'm trying be blaise' about it. He isn't and hasn't given me any money for a while now. He gave me $100 to go to visit my family... but, that was mostly for gas and I paid my brother $52 for the land taxes out of it; that Jeremy doesn't know. Not that I'm hiding from him... but, I just forget to tell him.
Its also irritating to have my neighbor's kid here all day long while she naps. If my kids go over there, she doesn't allow them in the house, so I don't allow her daughter in my house. Plus, she doesn't go out there watching them if they're over there... and they're close to a road/HWY; so, I really don't like them there... she also indulges them with candy. And its not like she has any other kids either. Just that one dd that lives with them. She also drinks too much too. Don't get me wrong, I talk to her and all... but, she's one of those people who just don't know when to leave! I have stuff to do at my house. I don't need to entertain her all the time.
Guess I'm feeling bitchy today. Sorry.
The little neighbor girl is nice and all... I have no problem with her... and like I said, I talk to her mom and all... its just irritating to me; here I am, with 3 kids, a house that constantly needs cleaning from the 5 inhabitants and she (the other mom) gets to lounge around while her kid is here; and I have to keep my eyes on them... which impedes progress in my house. Again, I'm glad my girls have another girl to play with; lord knows I would have LOVED to have someone next-door to play with when I was growing up.

Go Shorty, Its Ya Birfday
Yes, today I'm officially 33 yrs old.
I can't say that I feel badly about that. I mean, I kind of was down about turning 30 three years ago... but, not that bad. Just kind of weird leaving my 20's. But, upon thinking about it, I know so much more now... along with being a somewhat different person now then I was 10-13 yrs ago. Of course, I also have 3 lovely children now that I so don't regret having. I was just telling my sis, Cherie, last week "why didn't we think to have one child right after graduation so that we'd have each a teenager right now to babysit our younger children?"... LOL I'd have a 15 yr. old and she'd have a 17 yr old if we would have done that. How weird is that? To think that I could have a teen right now... when my oldest IRL just turned 7 yrs old!!! Wow. How different would my life be if that would have been the case.
Oh yes, Jeremy did remember (he's actually really good about remembering dates). He told me "Happy Birthday" before he left for work this morning. I don't know if he'll get me anything though. I don't expect anything. Plus, I know we're a little behind on a couple of bills; and that comes first (IMO). And really, I wouldn't know what to tell him to get me anyways. I mean... I'm not a 'needy' person. Usually, if I have extra money, I end up spending it on the kids or stuff for the house; but mostly on the kids.

New Hair Cut

I let my sister, newly licensed beautician, free reign on my hair... except to leave some length. Well, she certainly exercised that! lol There were masses amounts of hair on the ground! And OMG, does it feel soooo weird now when I put my hands in my hair! Its like there's nothing there!
It will take a me a little time to get used to it... but, I'm liking it better now; esp. since she did the highlights.
I know it'll feel more comfortable in this frickin' heat down here... less hair, more air... :D I would maybe even go real short, but, Jeremy would probably have a conniption (sp?).

Our Babies
Miracle of Birth
Momma Cat had her babies yesterday!
I knew she was close because when I went to get the mail, she followed me and was mewing at me... she's usually not too vocal. Her tail was up and she had a bloody show... I wasn't sure if she had started having them yet or not. Of course, she hadn't yet.
Here's pics of the birth of her first one :)

Here's pics of the birth of her first one :)
She must not have realized it was happening so fast because she had her first one right in front of us (we were on the carport)! You can see the little black head inside of her tail; she's licking him/her.
See how close we all were? The momma cat was totally cool; she didn't freak out or anything even though we were all around.
Calista watching on the side of me and that's our little neighbor, Jude.
She's eating the afterbirth... little wet baby is right in front. That baby was walking all over the place! But Momma Cat kept her eyes on that baby. She's SUCH a great momma!
And finally, after finishing up the birthing process for the first one, she promptly brought the black kitty to the place she had her first batch of kittens last May.Today, she has 6 of those sweet things :) One solid white one. I'm hoping the white one is a male, because I want to keep it this time! Last year, her only white one was the only female, so we gave it away!

The Age of Autism: 'A pretty big secret'
From the article:
But thousands of children cared for by Homefirst Health Services in metropolitan Chicago have at least two things in common with thousands of Amish children in rural Lancaster: They have never been vaccinated. And they don't have autism.
"We have a fairly large practice. We have about 30,000 or 35,000 children that we've taken care of over the years, and I don't think we have a single case of autism in children delivered by us who never received vaccines," said Dr. Mayer Eisenstein, Homefirst's medical director who founded the practice in 1973. Homefirst doctors have delivered more than 15,000 babies at home, and thousands of them have never been vaccinated.
Hmm.... interesting, huh? Please go to the link and read the entire article.

Me and Wyatt

Here's some pictures that Tasha took this past Saturday at her house.
We had just gotten to her house and Wyatt had been sleeping, just woke up and didn't like the bright sunlight! It was hard on his eyes, I guess :D hehehe
In one, you can see him gnawing on my finger :D
Then, of course, the other two were taken later in her house.
As you can see by the double chin, I still
have lots of weight to lose... I'm 12lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight; which is great but I still want to lose more than that.

Autism Rates Fall With the Removal of Mercury
The increase in reported cases of autism has not only slowed, but actually reversed now that thimerosal, a mercury-based vaccine preservative, has finally been removed from childhood vaccines.
Studies of two government databases indicate that autism rates went up as thimerosal dosages increased, then began to decline as thimerosal was removed.
From 240 to Close to Zero
The average exposure of a young child to thimerosal dropped from 240 micrograms in 1999 to almost nothing four years later. Autism rates among children declined at a similar rate.
Dr. Robert Davis, director of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) immunization safety group, argues that this cannot "... really be taken to provide any evidence one way or the other." Solid evidence of a link between thimerosal and autism could result in serious repercussions for government agencies and drug companies.
If new recommendations requiring annual influenza vaccinations for children are followed, their average dose could increase back to 60 micrograms.

And people thought I was ludicrious for not vaccinating my precious children!!! I feel so vindicated now! Of course, there's other nasty stuff in those vaccinations still... but, the worst part (I guess) is out. There's still formaldhyde, animal DNA, aborted fetus cells, aluminum, etc.

American Idol
Taylor Hicks
Chris Daughtry
Katharine McPhee
Ace Young
I really, really like Taylor! You can just see how much he enjoys what he's doing. I love watching him. I think he's my top favorite, since the auditions, really.
Chris looks like he's already a rock star :D
Katharine did really well last night. I haven't really been paying attention to the ladies until last night. They haven't really impressed me as much as the guys have. Although, I do like the Pickler chic :D lol I liked a couple of the chics that were voted off already.
And Ace, well, he's just a hottie :D lol No, really, he's good-looking but he sings good too. You can just see him singing to you when he's on stage.
I think a guy will win this year... that's my prediction. And I think it'll either be Taylor or Chris.

Finally!
Yesterday, we finally got that old Sunbird out of our yard! yay!!! After its been sitting there for 3 yrs now!!! I was soooo sick of seeing it! I signed the title over to a junk yard.
So, now, Jeremy and I both have nice, family cars :D He has a '93 Cadillac Deville that seats 6 and I have a '92 Mercury Grand Marquis that seats 6! And the A/C works in both! woohoo! lol
Of course, just because I have a car now, doesn't mean I'll be driving every day. Its not so fun going around with little ones... I go when I need to... but, it'll be a little easier once Wyatt is sitting up on his own. He tolerates the sling for a little while; his favorite place to be is on my shoulder :D

Genealogy
I've been creating an online genealogy chart for my family! I've found and inputted over 300 people already! Dating back to the late 1600's, France! I am not even close to finishing. Its really neat/interesting :D

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Of course, we bought this movie today! HAD to!!! Loved it!
Its awesome that the movie industry has the technology to produce movies such as the Harry Potter series. I mean, the movies do the books justice and in the past, that just wasn't the case. Of course, you can't have every bit in the movies that the books have, but, they do a great job with what they choose to put in.
I'm anxious to read book six, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. But, then, I'll have to wait for the supposed last book. I wonder if J.R. Rawlings could continue writing the HP series even after he's out of school. I wonder if they'd be any good.
Oh, Ursula asks to watch "Harry Pot-a-mous"... I'm not sure if she's gotten the word confused with a hippopotamous (sp?) or what, but that's what it sounds like. Its funny... and its not like we talk about hippos all the time either... lol She's funny.
