I have a new walking buddy. She lives up the road, in the cul-de-sac. Her name is Kelly. She's like 23 yrs older than me. She was a civic's teacher.
Anyway, I've been walking with her for over a week. :-)
Oh, after she went home Friday, I jogged a little bit back home and no pain in my shins!!! Woohoo!
